The loudspeaker has a built-in ring for mounting in built-in opening and a loudspeaker unit (10), which has a neodymium magnet (6), which are small but possess high-efficiency and a speaker case (4) firmly connected with a circular loudspeaker cover (3) which is a perforated plate grid. The ring comprises a cardanic system with an inner ring (2) and an outer ring (1). The outer ring fixes the loudspeaker in the built-in opening and the inner ring, having receiving unit for receiving halogen spots, is arranged at the outer ring and has a shoulder (12). An independent claim is also included for an installation unit with a built-in loudspeaker, for installing loudspeakers in a built-in opening particularly in a ceiling or a wall.
