An anisotropic conductive connector ensuring electric characteristics within a predetermined range for all conductive portions even in the case of a large area connector having a large number of conductive portions, and being small in production costs. An anisotropic conductive connector device is also provided. The anisotropic conductive connector comprises a supporting member having a plurality of through holes extending in the thickness direction, and an anisotropic conductive sheet held by each through hole of the supporting member. The anisotropic conductive sheet consists of a frame plate having a plurality of through holes extending in the thickness direction, and a plurality of anisotropic conductive elements each arranged in each through hole of the frame plate. The anisotropic conductive element preferably comprises a conductive portion where conductive particles are contained in an elastic macromolecular substance and arranged to be oriented in the thickness direction, and an insulating portion composed of an elastic macromolecular substance formed to cover the outer circumference of the conductive portion.
