<p>Different kinds of multiple-capacity syringes (40), where the position of a piston member (41) of each syringe relative to a cylinder member (11) is changed to multiple stages, allowing the syringes to have different medicinal-liquid filling capacities. A piston adapter (300) with a length corresponding to the piston member (41) is prepared for each kind of the multiple capacity syringes (40). Data storage means (500) where the filling capacity of a multiple capacity syringe (40) corresponding to each piston adapter (300) is recorded is provided at each piston adapter (300). Data detection means (132) is provided at a piston drive mechanism (120) of a medicinal-liquid injection device. The data detection means (132) detects the filling capacity of a multiple capacity syringe (40) based on the data storage means (500) of the piston adapter (300) attached along with the multiple capacity syringe (40) to the medicinal-liquid injection device.</p> |
