A liquid crystal display apparatus comprises the following parts: a low substrate of a COT(Color filter On TFT) structure in which a color filter and a black matrix are installed; an upper substrate which is oppositely against the lower substrate; a liquid crystal layer which is installed between the substrates; and a spacer(54) of a plurality of ball types which is located between the substrates by an ink jet printing technology for maintaining an interval between the substrates. The black matrix has a spacer guide line with an opening part in a via hole side and a via hole(53) for exposing a source/train electrode.
