A painting machine is provided to increase an efficiency of a painting work, to prevent safety accidents, to save expenses for a painting work, and to enable lifesaving and cleaning works to be mechanized. A painting machine is equipped with adsorbable wheels. The painting machine is linked with a moving car installed on the roof(70) of a building through a rope(180) which is attached with an electric wire(100) and a paint supply pipe(90). Subsequently, the painting machine is moved upward and downward and from side to side on a building wall(160) by rotating a roll(50) of the moving car and performs a painting work. Paint is mixed with compressed air to obtain a proper concentration(pressure), and subsequently sprayed onto the building wall through a nozzle(110).
