A method for extracting moving subjects and combining images in a moving picture is provided to allow a user to combine a user solo image and various background images easily. A moving user subject is sensed and extracted from a moving picture of a user, which is transmitted through a web(S18). A user solo image is generated by clearing a surround background image(S19). Various background images are combined into the user solo image to generate a desired composite image. The composite image is supplied to the user through the web(S27).
