A ring for a physical exercise is provided to enable a user to adjust a weight by injecting a certain amount of water into the ring, and support the exercise using a regular centrifugal force by the water in rotation of the ring. A ring for a physical exercise includes; a hollow tube(11); a connection body(12) comprising connection end parts(122,123) simultaneously connected to both ends of the hollow tube, and a main body(121) having a water inlet(124); and a cap for sealing the water inlet of the connection body. The connection end parts of the connection body have male screws formed on the outer periphery, and the both ends of the tube have female screws formed on the inner periphery.
