<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate for a sliding nozzle device for casting a CaSi-containing steel and a high-oxygen steel, which has improved corrosion resistance, good spalling resistance and a long service life. <P>SOLUTION: The plate for the sliding nozzle device has a composition containing 30-92 mass% of alumina, 5-50 mass% of chromia, and 10 mass% or less of zirconia, wherein the sum of alumina, chromia and zirconia is 90 mass% or more. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
