<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multicolor organic EL display composed by arranging a plurality of organic EL elements on a substrate. <P>SOLUTION: This multicolor organic EL display is composed by arranging, on a substrate, the plurality of organic EL elements each composed by sandwiching a luminescent layer and a functional layer between a light-reflecting first electrode and an optically-transparent second electrode.
