摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new questionnaire method for marketing research and a computer technique for providing an improved method of extracting questionnaire panels. <P>SOLUTION: A questionnaire support server acquires a particular commodity ID from a questionnaire DB that stores commodity IDs. A plurality of purchase history data containing the commodity ID acquired are specified from a purchase history DB, and a panel ID is acquired from each of the plurality of purchase history data specified. A panel evaluation DB storing panel evaluation data including panel IDs and questionnaire panel evaluation values is referred to and the panel ID whose questionnaire panel evaluation value is equal to or greater than a predetermined value is acquired from two or more of the panel IDs acquired. A group of electronic questionnaire inquiries corresponding to the particular commodity ID is provided to the panel corresponding to the panel ID.
