<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of an opening-closing body for a vehicle, capable of determining nipping of an object just after starting a motor, without arranging a mask period. <P>SOLUTION: This control device of the opening-closing body for the vehicle has an estimated load calculating means 8b determining an estimated load P from a rotating speed, acceleration and driving voltage of a DC motor 3 driving the opening-closing body 9, a motor torque calculating means 8b calculating motor torque from the rotating speed and the driving voltage of the motor, a reference torque calculating means 8f storing reference torque in a memory by calculating the reference torque on the basis of a steady state of the motor torque, and a nipping determining means 8c determining the nipping of the object on the basis of the estimated load, the motor torque and the reference torque. The nipping determining means determines that there is no nipping of the object, when at least one of the estimated load and the motor torque is smaller than the reference torque, even when the estimated load is larger than a predetermined threshold value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
