<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retrieval system, for easily retrieving, when trouble such as wrong fare collection is detected, a corresponding trouble case from past cases. <P>SOLUTION: The fare calculation trouble case retrieval system comprises a boarding history management system 1 and a trouble case extraction system 2. The boarding history management system 1 includes a boarding history information database 25 accumulating a group of boarding history information 5 formed based on individual specification information 4 from a ticket gate 3 as the past cases. The trouble case extraction system 2 includes fare calculation simulators 5 and 6 of two versions before and after trouble correction. Fare calculation is simulated by the fare calculation simulators 6 and 7 to all pieces of the boarding history information 5 in the boarding history information database 25, and a case having a difference in fare calculation result between the both is extracted as a fare calculation trouble case 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
