<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of a pyrolytic gasifying apparatus and to save the energy therefor. <P>SOLUTION: The pyrolytic gasifying apparatus is equipped with a carbonizing furnace 1 for heating and carbonizing a carbonizable material 30 such as a ligneous waste material by a heating means 4, and an organic material-collecting device 2 installed in the exterior of the carbonizing furnace 1 and for collecting an organic component in a thermally decomposed gas caused at the carbonization. The carbonizing furnace 1 is equipped with an oxygen enricher 6 for taking out oxygen from an oxygen-containing mixed gas by separating the oxygen by an electrochemical reaction, and the oxygen in the carbonizing furnace 1 is removed by the oxygen enricher 6 to change the interior of the carbonizing furnace 1 into a low-oxygen atmosphere. The oxygen removed from the interior of the carbonizing furnace 1 is used for burning a wood gas, and the heat of combustion is used as a carbonizing heat source of the carbonizable material 30 in the furnace. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
