PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device control circuit, power supply device, and power supply device control method therefor that can generate operation power supply voltage optimum to the integrated circuit, in addition to power-saving of integrated circuits and reduction in the delay times of the integrated circuits. SOLUTION: The power supply device control circuit 60 is applied to the power supply device that outputs a first voltage V1 and a second voltage V2 having a voltage lower than that of the first voltage. The controller is provided with first detection circuits R1, R2, which detect an intermediate value between the first/second voltages V1, V2, and a first differential voltage detection circuit ERA1 for detecting a differential voltage between a first reference voltage e3 and a first detection voltage VM1 outputted from the first detection circuits R1, R2. The controller controls the first voltage V1 or the second voltage V2 so that a first voltage-dividing voltage VM1 becomes the first reference voltage e3, on the basis of the output signal VR1 of the first differential voltage detection circuit ERA1.
