PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote control system in which a plurality of facility device services can be simultaneously utilized and which is capable of flexibly coping with an increase in the number of devices to provide services, by issuing one request from a client terminal to the facility device, to a server side object. SOLUTION: A service function unit OAS of a gateway 8 provided in a user area A includes the server side object corresponding to OIDs which are specific identifiers of a plurality of facility side objects or identifier IIDs of interfaces under the objects and when an execution request to the server side object is issued from a client terminal 10a or 10b, execution to the plurality of facility side objects that a centralized control controller 3a1 which is a facility device is requested to the centralized control controller 3a1 using their respective OIDs or the IIDs of the interfaces.
