PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable telephone in which the time required for processing a service provided to a user can be shortened through an application software. SOLUTION: The portable telephone comprises an application software executer 12, and a wireless control software section 14 connected with the application software executer 12 through a logical bus and delivering packet data received from a wireless base station to the application software executer 12. The wireless control software section 14 transmits the packet data received from the wireless base station sequentially starting from a logical channel of highest priority to an application software established communication, with reference to a priority management table 21 storing the number of at least one logical channel for delivering the packet data in association with information indicative of the priority.
