PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize downsizing by reducing a length of an electrochemical device coated with a laminated film. SOLUTION: In the electrochemical device, a lead terminal provided with an insulation resin layer on both sides, is connected to a plurality of internal terminals derived by an electrochemical device element, and also, the electrochemical device element is coated with a laminated film, as the insulation resin layer and the laminated film are crimped and sealed. The lead terminal connected to the internal terminals is folded, a crimp part of the insulation resin layer provided on the lead terminal with the laminated film is placed at a position at least further protruding than the internal terminals.
