PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polylactic acid-containing resin composition, which is excellent in flexibility and elongation property and can suppress bleeding out and provide desired flexibility. SOLUTION: The polylactic acid-containing resin composition comprises (A) polylactic acid and (B) a (meth)acrylic copolymer with a molecular weight of greater than 30,000 containing (i)(meth)acrylic acid methyl ester and (ii) a (meth)acrylic acid ester other than (meth)acrylic acid methyl ester (i), represented by formula (I): CH<SB>2</SB>=C(R1)-COO-R2, formula (II): CH<SB>2</SB>=C(R1)-COO-(CH<SB>2</SB>CH<SB>2</SB>O)n1-R3, or formula (III): CH<SB>2</SB>=C(R1)-COO-(CH<SB>2</SB>CH<SB>2</SB>O)n2-Ph.
