发明名称 METHOD OF MANUFACTURING LAMINATED PLATE FOR HDD SUSPENSION
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a laminated plate for an HDD suspension which has no disconnection of a thin line due to compact circuits of a wiring in the laminated plate for the HDD suspension, and can suppress color change or black spots of an insulating resin layer. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the laminated plate for the HDD suspension is characterized by comprising: a first process for selecting a copper foil which has tensile strength 500 MPa or more and electric conductivity 65% or more, and to which zinc is attached for 30-150 mg/m<SP>2</SP>on a surface abutting a polyimide resin layer of the copper foil as a conductive layer; a second process for forming a layer to become a thermoplastic polyimide resin layer (A1) in the selected copper foil, for forming a layer to become a polyimide resin layer with low linear thermal expansibility whose linear thermal expansion coefficient is 1×10<SP>-6</SP>to 30×10<SP>-6</SP>(1/K), and for laminating at least three polyimide resin layers; and a third process for overlapping a stainless foil on the polyimide resin layer (A2), and for thermally compressing under pressure.
