PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfactorily lubricate a clutch section with lubricating oil existing in the atmosphere without providing a lubricating oil hole in a shaft. SOLUTION: The device comprises a clutch housing 1, an output side rotating body 2, the clutch section 3, a pressure plate 4, a diaphragm spring 5, a release member 6 and a fin 7c. The clutch section 3 includes clutch plates 25, 26 for transmission and interruption of power between the clutch housing 1 and the output side rotating body 2. The pressure plate 4 presses the clutch section 3, and the diaphragm spring 5 is a member for urging the pressure plate 4 by a certain pressing load and releasing the pressing load. The fin 7c is a member supported by the output side rotating body 2 so as to catch the lubricating oil in the ambience by rotation and introduce the same to the clutch section 3.
