PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sliding bearing device achieving both of reduction of run-out in a radial direction of a rotational shaft and reduction in run-out vibration. SOLUTION: A bearing body 15 slide-contacting with an outer peripheral face of the rotational shaft 4 and rotatably holding the rotational shaft 4 is fitted in a housing 16, the housing 16 is attached to a fixed member 6 in a pump casing, and a cylindrical buffer member 17 is disposed between the housing 16 and the bearing body 15.
