PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas cooking stove capable of adjusting fire power without going around of an operator. SOLUTION: This gas cooking stove is composed of a first structural body 2 rotatable on a rotating axis in the vertical direction to a bottom surface of a cooking stove 1, and a fixed second structural body 3, the first structural body 2 is provided with a gas burner 4 outputting flame, an operating portion 5 for adjusting fire power output from the gas burner 4 by the operator, a buttery and a high voltage generator, and the second structural body 3 is provided with a gas intake 6. The operator can easily adjust fire power without moving oneself by rotating the first structural body 2 to move the operating portion 5 oppositely to the operator, even when the operator does not position oppositely to the operating portion 5.
