PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum drying device capable of continuously charging objects to be dried into a device main body without needing an opening and closing device and the like and without increasing load on a vacuum pump in charging the objects to be dried into the device main body by a transporting means, with respect to the vacuum drying device provided with a hopper to which the objects to be dried are charged, and the transporting means for transporting the objects to be dried from the hopper to the device main body, at the outside of the device main body comprising a drying kiln, a stirring machine and a crusher. SOLUTION: This vacuum drying device comprises a transporting portion casing 8 covering the transporting means 7 to seal inside and connected with the hopper 6 at its one end portion, and the other end portion of the transporting portion casing 8 is connected with a crushing space 40 of the device main body 5 to communicate therewith.
