PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reservoir made of concrete the internal wall faces of which are functionally, efficiently, and economically lined by welding and joining films at a construction site, and to provide a lining method therefor. SOLUTION: The internal wall face of a bottom wall has a bottom wall internal face film that adheres to a floor wall face. The internal wall faces of side walls have side wall internal wall face films that adhere to wall faces. The internal wall face of a ceiling wall has a ceiling wall internal face film that adheres to a ceiling wall face. Edges of these separate internal films are joined and welded at a construction site, thereby integrating them so as to be liquid-tight and airtight.
