PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake controller for a motorcycle capable of enhancing determination accuracy of floating of a rear wheel while maintaining accuracy of ABS control. SOLUTION: A control device 20A is provided with a front wheel wheel speed obtaining means 21 for obtaining a front wheel wheel speed; a rear wheel wheel speed obtaining means for obtaining a rear wheel wheel speed; a presumption vehicle body speed calculation means 23 for calculating a presumption vehicle body speed using the front wheel wheel speed and the rear wheel wheel speed; a presumption vehicle body deceleration calculation means for calculating presumption vehicle body deceleration only using the front wheel wheel speed as a speed element; an ABS control means 25 for suppressing slip at braking regarding the front wheel and the rear wheel based on the presumption vehicle body speed; a rear wheel floating determination means 26 for determining as the fact that there is fear of at least rear wheel floating when the state that the presumption vehicle body deceleration is higher deceleration than reference deceleration is kept for a reference time or more; and a front wheel braking force control means 27 for reducing braking force of the front wheel when it is determined as the fact that there is fear of at least floating of the rear wheel.
