PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a car body structure capable of avoiding concentration of stress on a boundary part of a front panel. SOLUTION: This car body structure is furnished with a pair of front pillars 21, a lower rail 22 suspended between a pair of the front pillars 21 and the front panel 23 fixed on a pair of the front pillars 21 and the lower rail 22. The front panel 23 has a first part 31, a second part 32 and the boundary part 33. The first part 31 is fastened on the front pillar 21. The second part 32 is fastened on the lower rail 22.
