PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging film which is biodegradable, has sufficient transparency, gloss, and antifogging properties, and is excellent in processability and film recoverability at room temperature. SOLUTION: The multilayer film comprises at least three layers of at least one inner layer composed of a resin composition containing a mixture of an aliphatic polyester resin with a glass transition temperature of 0°C or below and a phenoxy resin as a main component and surface and back layers composed of a thermoplastic resin different from the resin composition. The percentage of the phenoxy resin in the mixture is 20-60 mass%. The percentage of the thickness of the inner layer in the thickness of the total layers is≥50% and <80%.
