<p>It is intended to attain filling of a cavity within the vertebral bone with a filler while avoiding leakage through crack having occurred in the vertebral bone due to compression fracture, etc. by simple means without increasing of device diameter to thereby shorten the period of treatment. There is provided a device for vertebral repair for use in vertebral fracture repair procedure, comprising a pipelike tubiform body inserted in an introduction hole made in the pedicle of vertebral arch and adapted to, through an internal through-hole, charge a filler into the interior of the vertebral bone and comprising a sheet member folded and fitted in the distal end of the tubiform body so as to close the opening of the distal end, wherein the sheet member is fitted so as to be cut off from the tubiform body by pressure force exerted from the filler charged through the through-hole of the tubiform body.</p> |
