<p>A force-multiplying hydraulic actuator (1) is described, comprising: a reducer (9) which drives pushing/pulling means (11, 13) ; a stem (14) pushed and pulled by the pushing/pulling means (11, 13) and contained inside a chamber (16) full of oil; oil entering/sucking means (18) inside/outside the chamber (16) through a duct (20); check valve means (22) communicating with the duct (20) and adapted to be driven to be opened/closed by the stem (14) when the stem (14) goes back/advances: the check valve means (22) assume their opening position to allow oil to penetrate into the chamber (16) , and their closing position to prevent oil from penetrating into the chamber (16) and to actuate the actuator (1) in a thrust with a force multiplied by the area difference existing between chamber (16) and outside.</p> |
