A water cooled oil cooler is provided to improve the durability by reducing corrosion of a cooling water discharge opening bonding bead section with preventing the rotation between the cooling water flow side plate and the oil flow side plate. A water cooled oil cooler includes a cooling water flow side plate and an oil flow side plate(400). The oil flow side plate is assembled in the cooling water flow side plate and is brazed to the cooling water flow side plate. A rotation preventing protrusion(100) and a rotation preventing recess(200) are formed in at least one of the cooling water flow side plate and the oil flow side plate. The rotation preventing protrusion and the rotation preventing recess are alternately disposed vertically when the oil flow side plate and the cooling water flow side plate are stacked and assembled.
