An apparatus for attaching a label to a packing paper is provided to hold a packing paper so the label is attached onto the packing paper and to discharge the packing paper having the label to a lens insertion frame. An apparatus for attaching a label includes a frame(310) provided in the lower portion. The frame(310) moves on a LM guide(320) forward and backward by using a motor(311). A rotation support is installed inside the frame(310), and the rotation support is inclined to the front of the rotation cylinder(330). A packing paper arrangement cylinder is installed in the fist side of the frame, and packing papers provided in the rotation support are arranged with respect to one side. A shielding plate (340) is installed in the front of the frame(310), and the shielding plate is opened by a rotation cylinder.
