A magnetic device is provided to secure a low profile by easily reducing the dimension of height direction of the magnetic device. A magnetic device(10) includes a magnetic member(12), and a conductor(14). The magnetic device(10) is a surface mount type. The magnetic member(12) has the shape of a rectangular parallelepiped, and is made of a magnetic material such as ferrite. The conductor(14) forms a space for inserting the magnetic member(12) by alternatively protruding snaking parts to the opposite directions in a bellows-shaped metal flat plate snaking along the longitudinal direction.
