PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep maintainability so that a magnetic body sheet will not peel from a battery cover, when a user replaces the battery of a portable telephone set or the like, and to further improve the communication characteristics of the antenna of a non-contact IC card. SOLUTION: The wireless communications equipment with the antenna inside a case body comprises the battery that serves as power for the wireless communications equipment, the antenna arranged around the battery and the magnetic body sheet arranged in the vicinity of the side face of the battery.
