PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with an incoming call while continuing the utilization of an additional function in a portable telephone terminal. SOLUTION: By the telephone controller 1 for switching and connecting a telephone line and a plurality of telephone sets including the portable telephone terminal, the incoming call to the portable telephone terminal 4 from the telephone line 10 is transferred to the telephone set other than the portable telephone terminal 4, a fixed telephone set 2 in this case, corresponding to a terminal operation notice from the portable telephone terminal 4.
