PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable phone unit including a heat radiating structure that may be used under the comfortable condition at lower sensible temperature when a user touches on the body and has the body with a hand. SOLUTION: The portable phone unit is constituted to provide a resin case 4, a membrane 6 having higher heat conductivity such as a metal material formed within the resin case 4, and an exposing part 7 for exposing the membrane 6 in the external side, or internal side, or in both sides of the resin case 4. Accordingly, internal heat generated can be scattered with higher efficiency and moreover heat can be radiated efficiently to the external side of the case. Therefore, surface temperature of the portable phone does not rise, and a user can use the portable phone in the comfortable condition because sensible temperature is low when the user touches on the portable phone or has the phone with a hand.
