<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow efficient and quick provision of raw material information to be disclosed to only persons having qualifications authorized. <P>SOLUTION: When raw material information is provided by a database apparatus 10 for information exchange which is accessed by online, a raw material producer side encrypts raw material information by a client device 5A thereof and then registers the raw material information to the database apparatus 10 for information exchange by online.
