PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the leakage of grease without increasing torque by avoiding the deposition of the grease on an inner ring shoulder portion and an inner ring seal groove in a ball bearing which has a sealing plate between an outer ring and an inner ring for shutting of the inside of the bearing from the outside and in which lubricating grease is filled. SOLUTION: This cage 5 to be used for the ball bearing is ring-shaped with pockets 5a formed in a plurality of circumferential positions for holding balls 4. A radius Rp of the inner diameter of a circumferential portion of the pocket 5a from the center of the cage is larger than a radius Ri of the inner diameter of a circumferential portion between the pockets 5a from the center of the cage.
