PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incandescent lamp having filament of multiple coils such as triple coils improving mass productivity, and a luminaire with the incandescent lamp disposed. SOLUTION: The incandescent lamp 1 is provided with the filament 2 having a triple coil part 2a and coil-like leg parts 2b, 2b at both ends of the triple coil part 2a; sub-coils 3, 3 arranged around the leg parts 2b, 2b to insert the leg parts 2b, 2b through almost coaxially; a pair of lead wires 4, 4 holding the sub-coils 3, 3 on the one-end sides 4a, 4a respectively to support the leg parts 2b, 2b; a glass bulb 5 mounted with the filament 2 sealed inside, and filled with inert gas; and a base 6 stuck to the glass bulb 5.
