PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coaxial cable connector in which connection work can be carried out easily and surely. SOLUTION: In the coaxial cable connector mounted on the end part of the coaxial cable comprising a connecting means to be connected to a connection target installed in front of the connector body, and a cylindrical operating means fitted onto the outer periphery of the connecting means, the operating means is equipped with an annular projection in which the front side aperture end part is projected outward in the diameter direction, and at the front end part of this annular projection, a conical shape part is provided in which its outer periphery is formed in the conical shape so that the wall thickness becomes gradually thicker from the tapered front end part, and in which the outer circumferential diameter of the front tip part of the conical shape part is smaller than the inner circumferential diameter of an open face of a recess part, while the outer circumferential diameter of the backward rear end part of the conical shape part is either of the same or larger dimension than the circumferential diameter of the open face of the recess part. When the connector is connected to a serial unit for a television cooperative reception in which an F-type receptacle is projected from the bottom face center in the recess part formed in the panel, the open face periphery of the recess is contacted with an arbitrary position of the outer peripheral part of the conical shape part.
