PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor capable of accurately removing a smear even from a dark image with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: This image processor 1 has: a DMD 4 distributing light transmitted through a lens 2 to a first and a second direction at a prescribed distribution ratio; a first and a second imaging element 31, 32 receiving the light distributed to the first and the second direction, a first and a second image signal generation part 5 and 7 forming a first and a second image signal on the basis of the light received by the first and the second imaging element 31, 32; an image signal diagnostic part 8 diagnosing the image signal on the basis of the second image signal, and a device control part 6 deciding the distribution ratio in a DMD 4 on the basis of a result of the diagnosis.
