PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerating device comprising a compressor protection control under a low outside air condition. SOLUTION: This refrigerating device 2 is composed of a compression-type refrigerating circuit applying CO2 as a refrigerant, and comprises a compressor 21 of which a capacity is variable by selecting operational frequency.
