PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a rubber molding mold which stably controls a molding pressure given to a material to be molded from the rubber molding mold to be a prescribed target pressure and makes a molding in a prescribed shape be molded stably, and also to provide a rubber molding method using the rubber molding mold. SOLUTION: In the method for producing the rubber molding mold, when the material to be molded is cast into a rubber molding mold which can give a molding pressure generated on the basis of the thermal expansion of the material itself at the molding temperature of the material, the casting temperature, in relation to the molding temperature of the material, is set by a temperature difference obtained in advance by calculation.
