PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a layout block device for a lens capable of efficiently and surely adhering an elastic seal to a lens holder, and adhering a lens to an elastic seal, and preventing breakage, mis-adhesion and the like of the lens. SOLUTION: This layout block device adheres an elastic seal 3 to a lens holder 2 by pressing a lens holding face of a lens holder 2 to an elastic seal 3 by a pressing force changing device 255 at a seal adhesion position. At a block position A6, similarly, by pressing the elastic seal 3 adhered to the lens holding face of the lens holder 2 to the lens 1 by the pressing force changing device 255, the lens 1 is adhered to the elastic seal 3.
