PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively radiate heat in the case of cutting a sheet-like member such as cloth with high-speed rotation by disposing a heat radiating part in the inner peripheral part of a disc-cutter. SOLUTION: This rotary disc cutter includes: a base part 1 at the central part; a heat radiating part 4 formed as a through hole in the inner peripheral part; and a knife edge part 2 formed to be gradually decreased in thickness of the radial section as it goes toward the tip. The heat generated in cutting the sheet material such as cloth with high-speed rotation is efficiently radiated to prevent lowering of sharpness of the cutter. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
