Provided are an organic TFT device and a method for manufacturing the organic TFT device, by which a plurality of organic TFTs can be formed in a small region. The organic TFT device includes a substrate, and a plurality of organic TFTs arranged in a transistor region on the substrate. The organic TFT device includes a bank having a single opening which surrounds the transistor region, and a single organic semiconductor layer which is demarcated by the bank and forms a channel of the organic TFT.
