An organic electro luminescence device and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve a life span, a color sense, an efficiency of a device by inserting an interlayer having any one of an electron transport material and an positive hole block material into a light emitting layer. An organic electro luminescence device includes a positive hole block material, an electron block material, and an interlayer. The organic electro luminescence device has a stacking structure having a plurality of light emitting layers between a positive electrode and a negative electrode. The interlayer has at least one of the positive block material and the electron block material between a plurality of light emitting layers. The interlayer is formed between the light emitting layers. The interlayer is composed of a first layer having the positive hole block material, and a second layer having the electron block material. The first layer and the second layer are sequentially stacked.
