A swing opening and closing device in a mobile terminal is provided to enable the second cam member and a housing to be mutually rotated at an angle of 180 degrees by forming a shift groove at the second cam member and installing a stopper having the first hooking sill which slides along the shift groove. A swing opening and closing device in a mobile terminal comprises the first cam member(10), the second cam member(30), an elastic unit, a housing(60) and a stopper(70). The first cam member(10) has the first wave form surface, where the first groove, the first mountain, and the second groove are consecutively formed within an appointed circular interval, and the second wave form surface, where the third groove corresponding to the first groove, the second mountain corresponding to the first mountain, and the fourth groove corresponding to the second groove are consecutively formed. The second cam member(30) has the first protrusion member(32), which contacts with the first wave form surface, and the second protrusion member(34), which contacts with the second wave form surface. The elastic unit is provided to stick the first cam member(10) fast to the second cam member. The housing(60), in which the elastic member and the first cam member(10) are embedded, is coupled with the first cam member(10) so as to restrict the rotation of the first cam member(10). The stopper(70) is installed at the girth of the protrusion members(32,34) of the second cam member(30).
