A stabilizing unit of a battery for a vehicle is provided to improve performance by forming a normal LC resonance filtering circuit with a single cable by using cheap passive elements and improving major characteristics of a case receiving the passive elements. A stabilizing unit of battery for a vehicle includes a case assembly(A) including a stabilizing circuit(C) which has electrode wires(W1,W2) connected to both terminals of the battery as connection terminals for resonance-filtering high frequency characteristic of the battery, an inner case formed of upper and lower half bodies(1,2) and receiving the stabilizing circuit and formed at the outside of the inner case by injection molding after mixing with a conductive material such as a graphite, an outer case formed by double injection of resin relatively softer than the resin forming the inner case.
