PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize an automobile more comfortably utilizing a technology of face image recognition.

SOLUTION: An image recognition section 201 determines whether the feature amount of data of a face image included in an image imaged by an image sensor coincides with the feature amount of data of a face image of an automobile owner, and supplies a motion analyzing section 202 with information for specifying a region where the face image exists if both are determined to be coincident. The motion analyzing section 202 analyzes the motion of the face image and determines whether a person corresponding to the face image has passed or approaches. Based on the analyzed result of the motion analyzing section 202, an interface control section 203 outputs a control signal or the like for operating an air conditioner, a power seat, or the like of the automobile if necessary.
