<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide shaft coming-off preventing structure for a constant velocity universal joint, positioning a circlip in a circlip groove without deviation, while eliminating the need of a tool and special processing of an inner ring. <P>SOLUTION: In the shaft coming-off preventing structure, a restriction part for restricting deviation in a radial direction of the circlip 10 is formed to the annular circlip groove 30 formed to a shaft 11 so as to fit the circlip 10 therein.
